The historic Walking Box Ranch is one of the 2006 conservation highlights touted by The Nature Conservancy’s Nevada Chapter. UNLV, through the Public Lands Institute, and the Bureau of Land Management, through its Las Vegas Field Office, cooperatively manage the ranch to make it available for education and interpretive purposes.
